It was through this patient need that MD Today Urgent Care was founded.  When you walk into a MD Today San Diego Urgent Care Clinic, you will be greeted by one of our friendly receptionists, called back into one of our comfortable patient rooms, and treated by one of our experience providers. In the event you need to see a specialist, MD Today Urgent Care has an affiliation with XiMED Medical Group for any specialty related care for our patients. This relationship allows us (in most cases) to get a patient in right away to be seen by a specialist and stay out of the costly emergency department. MD Today San Diego Urgent Care clinics are open 7 days a week opening at 8am and closing at 8pm, no appointment is necessary, and most types of insurance are accepted.
