Why Are We The Best?

One of our staff will collect all necessary information to create your company’s customized protocols. Taking the extra time to establish these will help: reduce errors, improve staff productivity, and prevent unqualified employees into your workforce.

Our practice takes pride in the way we care for employees and keep employers in the loop. After every first report, our providers will call the direct employer representative (DER) to given them a verbal status report of the new work-related injury. Employers will also get the opportunity to ask any questions they may have about modified duties and work restrictions.

While most occupational health clinics in the area have average wait times of 2+ hours. We’ve managed to keep our average wait times below 30 minutes (We can get very busy, especially during flu season). In any case, we make our employer clients a top priority.

A tuberculin skin test (also called a Mantoux tuberculin test) is done to see if you have ever been exposed to tuberculosis (TB). The test is done by putting a small amount of TB protein under the top layer of skin on your inner forearm. If you have ever been exposed to the TB bacteria, your skin will react to the antigens by developing a firm red bump at the site within 2 days. If you test positive on the TB skin test, you will need a chest x-ray in order to confirm the test results. Source: WebMD
