MD Today Urgent Care was founded in 2012 and our mission is to provide Fast, Affordable, Quality care to San Diego County individuals, families, and businesses. MD Today operates two San Diego urgent care clinics located in Scripps Ranch and Carmel Valley. Urgent Care clinics are an excellent alternative to the emergency room or your primary care physician’s office. Both San Diego Urgent Care Clinics accept most major insurance plans, are equipped with on-site digital X-ray and labs, and walk-in patients are always welcome!
